We sincerely want to inform you that we are not a factory.

We have over 20 years of experience in this industry. XPM, a subsidiary of Hunan Hengxin Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., was created to provide global clients with one-stop services and facilitate export business management.
All of our partner factories have passed SGS’s IATF 16949 certification and ISO 14001 certification to ensure stable product quality.

Can you provide the name of the partner company and other information?

*I am afraid not, because we have sign the Non-disclose-agreement with all of our agents and we can’t give the information without their approve. And I believe this is what you expect us to do if you were cooperating with us. Your understanding will be appreciated.

I can assure you that our warehouse maintains over 200,000 product SKUs to meet the needs of different customers in different countries. You are welcome to visit our warehouse at any time to inspect our inventory.

*Generally speaking, the production lead time usually takes 45~60 days to make orders ready for clients, while it also depends on the product type, quantity and special requirement. When we have the specific details of your order, the estimated delivery time can be provide for your reference.

While working directly with a factory might seem cost-effective for a single item, the auto parts industry is incredibly complex with thousands of SKUs. A single factory typically only specializes in one narrow product category. If you need shock absorbers, brake pads, and ball joints, you would have to negotiate, manage quality control, and arrange logistics with dozens of different factories. This drastically reduces your efficiency and increases hidden costs.

Product Quality & Technical Assurance

What is your products advantage?
*Our products are newly designed and manufactured by XPM’s technical team and various partner factories. After hundreds of tests and optimizations, their performance is stable and reliable, far surpassing most similar products on the market. Furthermore, we offer color customization services at competitive prices.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding our quality management system. All our partner factories are IATF 16949 certified and possess the capability to implement quality control methods such as SPC, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and APQP.We have very high standards for incoming materials and finished product inspection, such as 100% confirmation of the customer’s assembly dimensions. If any loss occurs due to our negligence, we will take full responsibility.

*Usually, we offer a 12-month warranty for aftermarket parts. Specific details vary depending on the product, and we will inform you of this when we receive your product inquiry.

Factory quality is our top priority when cooperating with them. If a factory’s quality is substandard, we will eliminate it immediately. If you are still unsure, you are welcome to visit our factory or place a sample order.

Quotation & Pricing

Could I have your product quotation?

*Sure. The quotation can be shared by mail soon once we know the products you are interested in and the specific requirements. It is better if you can provide the correct OEM part number and quantity, it will be much helpful for us checking quickly. Could I have your business card or email for contact later today?

*MOQ depends on the products. Usually, 200 pieces are the minimum order quantity.

Sample Policy & Customization

Could I have a free sample for testing?

We are more than happy to provide samples to genuine customers so you can verify our quality standards. However, due to the high volume of requests, we charge an initial sample fee.

To show our sincerity for a long-term partnership, we have the following policy for new customers:

Once you place your formal purchase order, we will deduct 30% of the sample cost from your total official invoice.

Furthermore, if your formal order reaches a substantial volume, we will fully refund (100%) the sample fee by crediting it back to your official order.”

Payment Terms

What about payment method?

*The payment term is 30% deposit in advance, and balance 70% before shipment. However, we are open to discussing and accommodating alternative payment arrangements based on the mutual agreement.
